Welcome to Lake Calver

We are a new face in the world of fishing venues and are extremely excited to be opening our gates for the first time to all you budding anglers and fish enthusiasts out there. Whether you are already passionate about fishing and are looking to find somewhere different or you are just starting out and wish to jump feet first into all that the sport has to offer. Lake Calver has something special for everyone.

Venue

Lake Calver is situated in Ladignac-le-Long. Ladignac-le-Long is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department, in the Limousin region, in west-central France.Ladignac-le-Long is an idyllic and peaceful town in the beautiful countryside near that of the Perigord Limousin Natural Park. The Natural Park is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and offers numerous walks & cycle routes for you to enjoy the woods and forests and especially the abundance of wildlife.

Situated in the village, the location of the Lake and lodgings is ideal for exploring all of the attractions that this beautiful area of France has to offer.

Whilst on site at the accommodation, guests can benefit from the company and first-hand experience of Phillipe Penichou’s translations and local knowledge and perhaps the occasional invite to sample tradition French cuisine! There are 2 hectares of gardens and private woodland to explore and this is all additional space to enjoy when away from the lake! The local Village of Ladignac is just within walking distance & offers a charming bar / restaurant and convenience store and bakery.
